What data we collect

Your name, phone number, e-mail address (optional), company details (if you need an invoice), event date and place, and details of the decor you order – only what you provide in the form or in a message.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to prepare a quote and fulfil your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to issue invoices (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and – with your consent – for analytics and ad measurement (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Recipients

Data may be shared with IT service providers (website hosting, e-mail, messaging apps), our accounting office and – if you accept cookies – Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel).

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months; order data for the period required by tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies are enabled only with your consent – change it any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
